1. One-time bundle purchases
You may request a full refund of any one-time bundle purchase within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. We will not ask why.
To request a refund, email billing@osint-tradecraft.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request." Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Upon refund, your license to the refunded bundle terminates immediately. You must destroy any local copies of the Skills delivered under that license. Continued use after refund constitutes unlicensed use and may be enforced under the Skill License Agreement.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or the Stripe billing portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period (monthly or annual). You retain full access until that date.
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access through month-end; we do not refund the unused portion.
- Skills you downloaded during your active subscription remain usable indefinitely, subject to ongoing compliance with the Skill License Agreement.
- After cancellation, the Claude Code plugin marketplace endpoint stops issuing updates to your token. New skills released after cancellation are not delivered.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first thirty (30) days of the annual term. After day 30, annual subscriptions follow the same no-pro-rate rule as monthly: you keep access through the annual end date but receive no refund for the unused portion.
4. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (rather than requesting a refund through us), we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Service and revoke all active licenses pending resolution. We strongly prefer that you contact us first — we will resolve legitimate billing issues quickly and without friction.
5. Refund-ineligible scenarios
- Bundles purchased more than 30 days before the refund request.
- Subscriptions where the 30-day window (annual) has elapsed.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Skill License Agreement or the Terms of Service — particularly the lawful-use covenant.
- Accounts found to have distributed Skill files outside the scope of their license (detected via watermark tracing).
6. Tax and currency
Refunds are issued in the original currency and amount, net of any non-refundable processor fees and applicable taxes that we cannot recover from the relevant tax authority. We will disclose any such deductions before processing.
7. Disputes
If a refund request is denied and you believe the denial was in error, you may escalate to legal@osint-tradecraft.com with a written explanation. We will respond within 14 calendar days.
